Returning items at FloryDay

Shopping with a FloryDay discount code? Not sure if you’re going to want to keep every item you buy? Luckily, FloryDay makes it easy for you to return items if they don’t meet your expectations, or if you change your mind.

To return an item, simply contact FloryDay customer service within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Then, follow the provided instructions to pack up your items and send them to the specified address.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping fees. Once your item arrives at FloryDay, you refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus any applicable VAT or customs taxes and shipping fees.
